KevinWhiteJA :

Hi

KevinWhiteJA :

How old is the dishwasher ?

KevinWhiteJA :

and what are those two lights that are flashing ?

JACUSTOMER-140irrh5- :

about 2 and half years old ... both wash cycle sympols

KevinWhiteJA :

ok

KevinWhiteJA :

Does it fill fine ? How did this problem start ?

JACUSTOMER-140irrh5- :

wont let me turn dishwasher on or start cycles ... it was working fine yesterday turned it on today and problem occurred

KevinWhiteJA :

ok

KevinWhiteJA :

if you number the lights from left to right with 1 on the left which number lights are flashing?

JACUSTOMER-140irrh5- :

3and 5

KevinWhiteJA :

OK....this is a water leak error which means that there is leak somewhere in the base of the unit

JACUSTOMER-140irrh5- :

ok.. how to overcome this problem

KevinWhiteJA :

You have to pull the unit out and then place it backwards so that all the water drains out from the base....after this is done the antiflood device will reset itself & the unit should start working again ....if you are unable to do it this way then you have to take the cover out which is located under the bottom of the unit

KevinWhiteJA :

after the cover is out take a sponge and soak all the water from the base & make sure everything is dry and clean in there....let me know how this goes...

KevinWhiteJA :

Are you still working on it ?
