Customer Question

I have a Neff extractor hood E-Nr:D4672X0GB FD:9012. For the past several months I have been aware of an odour of stale grease. I keep the metal grease filters scrupulously clean and have replaced the ducting to no avail. Can you help please?

Hi,

In addition to the metal grease filter there is an Activated Carbon Filter above the metal grease filters - have you tried changing that?

Best Regards,

Richard

As my fan works in exhaust-air mode and not circulating-air mode, it has never had a charcoal filter and therefore your response is not helpful, I'm afraid.

Hi,

Understood.

I have contacted NEFF about this and will let you know their response as soon as I receive it.

Richard
