hI THERE LOVELY PEOPLE! I SEEM TO HAVE THIS SILLY SCREEN ON MY ONEYEAR OLD TELLY. RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE SCREEN SHOWS ON THE TOP A BLACK SCREEN AND
UNDERNEATH IT A WHITE SCREEN. ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE IT LOOKS LIKE A PIECE OF
BLUE WRITING PAPER WITH LINES. SKY SAY ITS A PROBLEM WITH THE TELLY AND
NOTHING TO DO WITH SKY. I AM NEARLY 80 AND DISABLED. ITS DRIVING ME NUTS
WITH NO TELLY. PLEASE PLEASE CAN YOU HELP.

etc and keep getting stuck. (well, I'm nearly 78 and with chronic lung


problems. Had pneumonia three years ago and its left the lungs in a not


very situation). Waiting to hear from you with any suggestions to might


have! Sky suggested calling in a Sharp engineer!!

Hi Lizzie

No problem...I understand and sorry to hear about your health...please check the cable connected from the sky box to the TV...it seems that the TV is fine and the problem is with the connections, you can also call in there customer service to get it checked.
