Hiya,
Can you check the model number please?
I'm not getting this one at technical.

Thanks

Hiya,
OK, pull the dispenser drawer out as far as it comes.

There's two possiblilities.

If there's a part with a thumb recess, press this down and pull the drawer out.

If not, grasp the drawer and lift it upward.
While lifting it, pull it out.
It does take quite a pull to bring the door over the lip holing it into the dispenser.

Try it out, let me know how you get on.

Hope this helps
Thanks

Ist one didn't work

2nd one I have got the door of the dispenser off before (by accident!)

Personally I give up . I'll go back to cleaning it in situ, as I have for some time now...yje results are OK. I don't want to waste your time!!

But

Thanks for your help bye bye

Hiya,
If there's no thumb position in the dispenser then the 1st one doesn't count.

That only leaves the 2nd option.
Lift the drawer and pull the drawer out.
Grasp it at the sides so you get better leverage.

Thanks

no luck with that either, am yanking as hard as possible without busting the whole thing.

I won't be leaving negative feedback if that's what is of concern. I give up, so should you!!

Expert:  Techdesk replied 2 years ago.

Hiya, The feedback didn't enter my mind. I know how the drawers come out (I'm an ex Whirlpool engineer) so it's just a little frustrating. Look under the drawer when it's open and you may see the lip the drawer has to come over. Good luck with it. No need to reply, I'll just leave the question as is./

Thanks
