Gloworm micron 30FF boiler. When switched on it goes through

Customer Question

Gloworm micron 30FF boiler.

When switched on it goes through normal firing sequence, and green Burner On light shows
After thirty seconds it switches off.
It repeats the sequence twice more
Then the RESET light comes on,

If I switch off and on, the whole thing repeats

The pump is running and the system cool.

Thank you Paul.
This could be one of two things here, it may be a failed firing sensor or just a unit that needs a professional cleaning.
If its been over 1 year since it was serviced, it will need that done to fix this.
Soot eventually builds up internally and blocks the sensors.
I will stick with you until this is fixed But since this may take some time, if you will rate my service in a positive fashion thus far before you close this page, the system will allow me to schedule free follow ups with you and also ensure your question will NOT close or time out;-)
You will then be able to contact me at anytime at no additional cost until we have this fixed for you. Let me know when it was last serviced.
Thanks Paul.
