KevinWhiteJA :

Hi, welcome to Just answer

KevinWhiteJA :

Please tell me the model number of the unit

KevinWhiteJA :

and how old is it ?

JACUSTOMER-wrnpmjtf- :

Hi, it's an Ecotec Pro 28, December 2010

KevinWhiteJA :

Thanks

KevinWhiteJA :

what is the current pressure ?

JACUSTOMER-wrnpmjtf- :

The gauge doesn't have numbers on it, but it's over halfway. I topped it up just now.

KevinWhiteJA :

OK...F 75 fault on this unit means no pressure rise detected on turning on the pump...it is usually caused due to many things...the problem might be with the water pressure sensor and/or pump are defective, air in the heating system(quick bleeder defective),too little water in appliance

JACUSTOMER-wrnpmjtf- :

Do I need to call someone out?

KevinWhiteJA :

Yes however, if you want you can try this first....turn boiler off at main switch on front of boiler. Then go and run a hot water tap, then back to boiler and switch it on. Then press the "i" button and a S code will come up. Tell me the S code

JACUSTOMER-wrnpmjtf- :

It's S97, I found this earlier.

KevinWhiteJA :

What is the code flashing on your unit ?

KevinWhiteJA :

Have you even tried ?

KevinWhiteJA :

Bad service ?

KevinWhiteJA :

Can you please tell me what all have you already tried ?
