KevinWhiteJA :

I mean it seems that is causing this problem and so the bowl & K beater are spasmodic

KevinWhiteJA :

do you know how old is it ?

Customer:

no I have no idea as I have no manual or recipe book,, serial no(NNN) NNN-NNNN

KevinWhiteJA :

OK no problem

KevinWhiteJA :

the problem seems to be with the drive gear

KevinWhiteJA :

as everything else seems to be working fine

Customer:

would this be the bowl drive gear?

KevinWhiteJA :

yes that is right

KevinWhiteJA :

the part will cost you around £25

KevinWhiteJA :

are you willing to carry out this repair yourself

Customer:

yes we would carry out the repair ourselves

Customer:

The K beater at the top doesn't rotate when the cake ingredients are in the bowl also, does this mean there is 2 drives required

KevinWhiteJA :

nope

Customer:

so only the one drive required - does this gear go in the base of the machine?

KevinWhiteJA :

Yes that is right

Customer:

Thankyou, do you supply the part for £25

KevinWhiteJA :

No, however..you can buy from any local parts store
