Good morning

My Dulce gusto Coffee Machine has stopped working. I think the pod holder isn't pushed in fully, but the leaver won't lift to enable me to get the pod holder open...... Please help

This is a mechanical issue and it happened to a few of the same model you have that I have already worked with.
Amazon is aware of the problem.
Fortunatley they have been exchanging these, it sounds like the assembler was sleeping on the job that day lol;-)
So they should exchange this for you no problem.
But if they dont I can still help you get that fixed for very little money.
I would contact them about this and see where you should send it for the exchange. I will stick with you Cynthia until this is fully resolved. Have been in touch with nestle and they had rectified the problem, as it is under 2 year guarantee.
