Hiya,
Can you post the actual make and model number of the appliance please?

At what point in the program does the water spill out of the dispenser drawer?

Thanks

Hiya,
Thanks for that.

It's a common problem.
The machine tries to spin before the water has emptied out and it gets thrown out the dispenser.

To cure it, you need to check the drain hose where it connects to the house drain.
If it's onto a spigot, take it off and check the hose and the spigot for a blockage.

If it's clear or into a stand pipe, unplug the machine.
Take the rear panel off.

Look in and you'll see the large hose attached to the bottom of the tub.

Lay the drain hose flat on the floor with the end in a bucket.
Drain all the water out.

Once empty, take the large hose off of the bottom of the tub.
Clean out the debris in there.
Refit the hose and reassemble the machine.

Once this is done, it will work as it should and not throw the water out.

Obviously, if you cannot do the work yourself, you'll need to get someone in to do it for you.

Hope this helps
Thanks
