Welcome, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be helping you with your problem today. If anything isn't clear, please just ask me.

If you look below the boiler, you should see two pipes connected with a flexible metal braided covered hose. Do you see this? Is there a valve on one of the pipes?

Do you also see the pressure guage? If so, what is it showing?

Thanks
Rob

Hi
Ok
The braided hose is whats normally called the "filling loop".

You need to open the valve slowly.
You will hear water entering the system and the pressure should slowly rise.
When it reaches the correct pressure, turn the valve off.
Make sure there are no leaks, which may have been the cause for the loss in pressure
