KevinWhiteJA :

Hi, welcome to Just answer

Customer:

Hello

KevinWhiteJA :

Do you mean the Job Dial is not working ?

Customer:

They call it the 'entry' dial its how you enter the time you want to cook for

KevinWhiteJA :

Yes that is right

KevinWhiteJA :

and it is not working in both convection and microwave ?

Customer:

ok, so it turns but no numbers appear on the screen so you can't set the time

Customer:

sorry, no it doesn't work with either

KevinWhiteJA :

basically you have to select the function first...like press the Micro power button to select the microwave function and then rotate to enter the cooking time, time, power level, temperature etc

Customer:

I know that (I have the instruction book) its brand new I have only used it once and it worked yesterday but not today, like I said it turns but nothing happens...

KevinWhiteJA :

Sorry, thought should just ask everything...then it is better to get this unit replaced...it seems there is an issue with the dial itself...

Customer:

So its faulty?

KevinWhiteJA :

Yes because you have already tried to turn it off and on...I believe you have also tried using it in another socket and it is still not working...so it is better to get it replaced under warranty

Customer:

ok, thanks

KevinWhiteJA :

You can get back to me if you need any assistance and I will help with no additional charges.....Is there anything else I can assist you with today ?
