hi i have a beko washing machine model wm6123w which wash

hi i have a beko washing machine model wm6123w which wash working fine up to yesterday no when i turn on it starts up OK with normal lights on green once loaded still OK but as soon as i close the door it takes a couple of seconds to to register then as soon as click is heard the start light begins to flash and nothing else can be done?

any help would be appreciated thank you Darren

OK, have you tried to clean the drain pump filter assembly located inside the front bottom of the unit ?

Customer:

no as it does not even try to do anything i figured it would be a problem before that?

OK, please unplug it and then take the bottom panel of the unit to clean the small filter located inside the bottom

ok i will try that and do the pump at the same time
