Hiya,
Can you post the E-Nr number of the machine please?
It's very faintly etched across the top of the inner door.

Thanks

Hiya,
Thanks for that.

Does it wash properly on the top basket?

Thanks

Yes

Hiya,
Thanks for that.

No water to one of the spray arms normally indicates a fault with the alternating valve in the heater unit.

Your machine washes 1 basket at a time.

It has an alternating valve fitted to the heater unit.

This directs water to the top or bottom arm, alternating between the 2.

It washes the bottom for 1 minute, swaps to the top and washes for 55 seconds, then back to the bottom. It does this throughout the wash cycle.

The change over time is 5 seconds.

If your machine is not washing the bottom basket (no water), the valve isn't working properly and isn't delivering water to the bottom arm.

The cure is to fit, or have fitted, a new heater.

Copy and paste the following into a new browser window.
It will show an example of the heater.

You can see the alternating valve motor in the picture.

This is the most likely cause of the problem you have.
