Hiya,
Did all lights fail at the same time?

You say there's power at the switch, have you checked to see if there's power getting to the transformer?

Thanks

Hi what does the transformer look like
Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.
Hiya,
Sorry, just noticed the model I'm looking at isn't what you've posted.

The model you've posted isn't on Baumatic technical and I can't find it on a general search.

Can you check it again please?

Thanks

Hiya,
Ok, that's a totally different machine.

Are the bulbs screw in bulbs?

Were the old bulbs blown?

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Hi no they are the 2 pin lamps and yes they all went at the same time, cheers

Hiya,
OK, thanks for that.

Unfortunately the new model number is for a machine that uses screw in bulbs.

Did you get the model number from the label on the machine?

Thanks

No I got it from to bill / invoice I could send you a photo if that is possible. Sticker on the inside of the unit reads.

Hiya,
Sorry, both model numbers you've provided are not for your appliance.

There should be a rating label inside the hood with the model and serial on it.

Sorry

Hiya,
OK, this one has 4 low voltage bulbs in it.

The transformer is on the control board.
You would need to unplug the lights from the board and then test at the socket they plug into to see if power is actually coming out of the board.

If not, you need a new board.

As all 4 lights failed at the same time, it does suggest the board is at fault.

Copy and paste the following into a new browser window, it will take you to a supplier of the pcb board.

http://www.4baumatic.co.uk/pcb-module/product.pl?pid=1684372&query=isl5ss

Once replaced, your lights should all be working again.

Do double check that the switch board is actually working ok, check for continuity through the switches.

Hope this helps
Thanks

Just want to check before I buy the board

When I switch the light switch on and test the power thru the cables they hardly beep, if at all? then when I switch off the same cables that I am testing starts to beep, turn off and the beeps stop?

Thank you

Hiya,
You can't test for power using a continuity tester (I think this is what you are using).

You need a multimeter or a volt meter to check for voltage.

It should be 12 volts coming out of the board and 240 volts going in.

Thanks
