Hiya,
Can you post the E-Nr number of the appliance please?
It's on a label in the door recess.

Thanks

Hiya,
Thanks for that.

You have a column of 5 lights and a column of 4.
Number them with 1 at the top.

When the lights flash, which numbers flash in the column of 5.
Which number flashes in the column of 4

Thanks
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Row of 5= 1&4. Row of 4=3&4

Hiya,
Thanks for that.

It's not an error code I'm afraid, there's nothing listed for this sequence of lights.

Sorry, I'll have to opt out of the question and open it to all again.
See if anyone has come across this.

Thanks

Hi and thank you for using Just Answer. I see another service tech tried to help you and it was kind of him to be honest and pass this along to another one of us.

As per your problem it could be several things. What I need you to do is explain the issue a little bit more if you don't mind. Allow me to help you out here with some general questions? Now you say it stops between the wash and rince cycle correct? After a period of time nothing happens correct? If both of thes questions are answered "yes" what happens when you manually move the machine into the rince mode and spin cycle? This is important ... are there any noises? Squeals? Clicking? Anything? When you wash clothes, are you washing nited items? How about wool? (ie) blankets? Do you have a dog or cat that sheads a lot?

If you could help me by providine answers and maybe add to this it would help out a lot.

Thanks

Gary
