KevinWhiteJA :

this is the fill hose

KevinWhiteJA :

the inlet valve is located where this hose attaches to the unit

Customer:

ok i will try and take it off

KevinWhiteJA :

sure please check and make sure everything is clean, nothing is blocking the hose or the valve

Customer:

there is little waterr on the floor under the machine but hoses appear dry

KevinWhiteJA :

ok, can you also clean the drain pump assembly located at the bottom of the unit

KevinWhiteJA :

after this is done with the unit unplugged pull it out and lay it on its side by around 45 degrees so that if still there is any water inside it comes out of the unit

Customer:

how do i acess that

Customer:

this may sound silly but does the pipe unscrew as i cant seem to get off

KevinWhiteJA :

which one the fill hose ?

Customer:

yes

Customer:

got it but water pouring out

KevinWhiteJA :

yes you will have to rotate the small plastic attached to the hose to remove it

KevinWhiteJA :

please turn the supply off

KevinWhiteJA :

make sure the inlet valve is clean as well

Customer:

ok... i feel like a proper blonde. got it open. there is red bung on the machine end and a filer thing in pipe

KevinWhiteJA :

:)

KevinWhiteJA :

just clean it and then put it back

KevinWhiteJA :

try to run it again and check if the issue is still there

Customer:

ok, it is running but no water still

KevinWhiteJA :

and the water is turned on ?

Customer:

yep...

Customer:

i did just check that twice :)

KevinWhiteJA :
