Hi, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I have been in the home improvement and repair field for 20 years. I will be very glad to help you today. Is there water leaking on the inside of the fridge or coming from the bottom of the fridge?
I wasn't sure if you were referring to the floor of the fridge
There was a bit of ice in the bottom but it is mainly on the floor
Is there a lot of water or a very small amount on the floor?
Not a lot but we keep having to mop it up
If you remove the panel at the back on the bottom it will expose the pan where the condensate drains into a pan. From there it just evaporates. If the drain tubing feeding the pan gets blocked by debris the water will start to freeze. As that water freezes it may drip away from the pan. If you will investigate that you may find all that needs to be done is clear the tubing and clear away from inside the fridge around the condensate drain.
OK I will give it a go, thank you
