My oven has locked itself (it does this from time to time) I can't remember the combination of buttons I need to press to unlock it!

IT IS ABOUT 6 YEARS OLD, NUMBERS I CAN FIND ON THE OVEN ARE FD8706 E/NRHB770560B TYPE HTHB77 ITS JUST A SINGLE ELECTRIC OVEN WITH A DIGITAL TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY

Please turn the power off at the mains for the range for 1 full hour and then back on, reset the clock, and let me know if it unlocks or not?
