Welcome, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be helping you with your problem today. If anything isn't clear, please just ask me.
When you first start a new cycle, do you hear any noises at all? It should pump out first.
Do you see or hear any error signals?

Thanks
Rob
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The appliance does not allow you to select a cycle. The power light comes on and all the cycle lights light momentarily and then go out.

There are no sounds audible or warning/error lights visible.

Hi Noel

Thanks
This sounds like a control board problem

Is this a built in or a freestanding machine?

Can you recheck the model number as that number is XXXXX correct?

Are you able to take this apart or would you prefer someone else came to you for this repair?

Thanks
Rob
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Hi Rob - it is a built in model.

Here are the numbers on the door plate:

CEO123

IDW604

Product no. XXXXXXXXX /p>

508000192444445898

If it is a control panel problem I would require a service agent.

This machine has not been used more than 150 times since new.

We did hear a buzzing noise from it over time even when the power was off.

Hi Noel

It sounds like there is a short or burnt out component in the printed circuit board.
This would cause the lights to blink momentarilly and then not go on to select a cycle

I would suggest you contact Belling directly
