oven not working. All other parts of belling cooker are fine.

Customer Question

oven not working. All other parts of belling cooker are fine. I am an electrician so I have traced the fault to no power to any part of the knob or elements in the back of cooker. Any suggestions what else I can check please??

Hiya,
Can you post the model number of the appliance please?

Have you set the clock so it's not on auto?
Is the clock working?

Thanks

Hi,

Just putting everything back together and i'll check the clock and see if it's set to auto. I suspect this could be the problem

Hiya,
When you first apply power, it's on auto.
You have to set the clock to take it off of auto.

If the clock is faulty, it can be bypassed to check.

check it out, let me know how it goes or if you need more help.

Hope this helps
Thanks
