Hiya,
Can you check the model number please?
It's on a label inside the fridge and should begin with letters.

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No label inside the fridge but there is a label outside on the bottom left of the freezer door showing

Hiya,
OK, thanks for that.

Is it freezing at all levels of the fridge or only the lower part?

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It is mainly the lower shelves and inside door including the vegetable box.

A milk jug on the third shelf down did freeze but the top shelves are mainly problem free.

Hiya,
Ok,thanks for that.

Listen carefully to the machine, is the fan inside the freezer running?
Is there an ice build up in the freezer?

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes, the fan seems to be running. There was an ice build up two weeks ago but we defrosted the machine at that point and it is clear so far since

Hiya,
Ok if the internal fan is running and there's no ice blockages, it only leaves the air diffuser unit as the likely cause.

Di it work ok for a while after the defrost?

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Once it was up and running again, no it didn't work.

Hiya,
Thanks for that.
As the machine was defrosted (I assume fully defrosted) it rules out an ice blockage preventing air circulation.

Inside the freezer, at the top, behind everything else is the box that opens and closes a flap that allows air circulation from the freezer into the fridge.

This is the most common cause of the fault.
There is a possibility of a sensor fault, but I've not had this, yet.

Basically, the flap isn't opening and freezing cold air is leeching through the air return path into the fridge, freezing everything.

Check it out, see what you find and get back to me if you need more help.

Hope this helps
Thanks

There does not seem to be any box in the freezer compartment but there is a box-like section at the top of the fridge. However this is fixed though it seems to be left on a ledge but I cannot move it.

I have to leave it for to-night. Can I come back to you after work to-morrow? Can I send you a photo of the interior of the fridge and freezer?

Thanks for your efforts so far.

Hiya,
Yes, no problem, I'll see what information Beko hold on this model.

Thanks
