Hi, welcome to Just answer
Please tell me its complete model number
how old is it ?
It is a Beko 520 W, and 6 years old.
There is a drain pump filter located at the bottom front of the unit...have you cleaned it ?
Yes cleaned it about September 13, however the machine has not been used until yesterday as I work abroad.
OK, it is more likely a motor fault
OK, so with the age of the machine it is probably easiest to get a new one?
a new motor will cost you around £70 and you can buy it from here
however, before replacing the motor you can just pull the washer out and then remove the back panel
after this unplug the motor wiring
and try to switch it back on and see if it trips again
if you have a multimeter you can also test the motor
Ok, I will try what you suggest, thanks for your help.

Sorry I missed this question ... OK, so with the age of the machine it is probably easiest to get a new one?
It will depend ...as it is 6 years old and if the motor is causing this problem then replacing the motor will work
if it is the control board then it is better to get a new one
You can get back to me if you need any assistance and I will help with no additional charges.....Is there anything else I can assist you with today ?
