Hi, welcome to Just answer
How old is it ?
about 2 years
E1 error means the water intake has timed out
does it start filling water and then this error will flash
can I do anything?
or it just will flash if you turn it on
I put it on a 30 min cycle , it runs for 10-15 mins then does it
OK, if the water inlet valve has worked for 4 mins and the flowmeter detects that not enough water has entered the Dishwasher (3.5l) the the control board will shut down all functions and the alarm buzzer will sound for 30 secs and E1 will be displayed on the control panel, the Dishwasher will pause for 3 mins and then drain out the water for 90 secs and revert to the rest position.
You will have to unplug the unit, then pull it out and clean both drain hose and the inlet hose
after it is cleaned clean the water inlet valve and the drain pump assembly from the bottom of the unit
after cleaning lay it by around 45 degrees so that if there is any excess water in there, it drains out completely
then plug it back and run a cycle...the error should be solved after all this is done
looking at the age of dishwasher I believe it should be solved after performing all this

I have cleaned the inlet filter and gone as far as cleaning the one way valve from the outlet. How far into cleaning the pump do I go? And the inlet valve, does the filter come out?
clean the pump completely and also make sure that nothing is clogged anywhere
this is the pressure switch
please make sure the thin hose connecting this switch is not blocked/clogged
just make sure that this flow meter is also clean
