Customer:

yes

KevinWhiteJA :

do you hear a click sound ?

KevinWhiteJA :

or any other sounds when it works ?

Customer:

it sounds like its operating as normal

Customer:

no clicking or other sounds

KevinWhiteJA :

ok

KevinWhiteJA :

The problem is either with the High voltage capacitor or the HV diode...the HV capacitor works with the high voltage diode to convert the output...if the capacitor fails the complete HV circuit stops functioning correctly

KevinWhiteJA :

also the fuse can be tested however, as everything else works fine the fuse seems to be fine

KevinWhiteJA :

we do not recommend repairing a Microwave as DIY because of high voltage inside the appliance even when turned off and it is recommend any sort of repair should be performed by a trained technician.

Customer:

ok what do u suggest

KevinWhiteJA :

the repair will cost you around £140

KevinWhiteJA :

between £100 to £140

KevinWhiteJA :

depend on the part that has to be replaced
