Hiya,
The lenses have barbs on them.

Look on the inside of the panel, you have to press the barbs flat (without snapping them) and push the lens outward.

Have a look, let me know what you see.

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

They are not barbs but large flat pieces on each side of red lense on the inside of control panel

Hiya
OK, if you don't want to call them barbs, they are pieces of plastic that spring open when you fit the lens.
You have to press them flat to the lens and push the lens outward.

Thanks

You were quite correct. Many thanks for advice. Very fiddly to get them out!

But success at last.

I hope my payment to your company is just a one off. I don't need monthly sub.

Hiya
Good job.

Glad you got it out.

To check on what you've signed up to, you need to contact customer services, I don't see anything to do with your account.

Good luck with the appliance.
I'd appreciate it if you could rate the answer/information I provided for the problem you had with the appliance.
