we have had pv panels fitted and will use the day time power for our hot water. can you simply drain the aga water boiler and leave the ends open .

XXXXX XXXXX : Yes as long as you do not cap them, leave all the ends open and let any remaining water evaporate. Any capped pipes and trapped water is an explosive risk once the aga is lit again
