Hi, my name is Mike and I have been in the home improvement and repair field for 20 years. I will be very glad to help you today. Remove your lint filter and clean it out. Take it to the sink and run some water on it. Does the water pool in the filter? If so the waxy substance from the fabric softener has built up on the screen. Clean the filter with soapy water or soak it in vinegar for about an hour. Run water over it again and the water will run through it and so should the air. If this is not the problem certainly let me know with an explanation and I will continue to assist.
If you are dealing with a Bosch Classix or similar then clean the drawer and then syphon thoroughly. Normally with Bosch, one valve to the main wash compartment, the other valve to the 2nd wash compartment and both valves open to go to the conditioner compartment. If one of the valves isn't working, then water only goes in one side.If the top of the dispenser is blocked, water goes into both sides but not the centre.The common fault is the dispenser top is blocked.If you take the drawer out and look into the dispenser and up you'll see if there's a lot of soap etc there. If there is, scrub it out and using thin wire (such as gardening tying wire) try and poke the holes clear.If this is unsuccessful you'll need to take the dispenser out and try cleaning it with the garden hose or similar.
To remove the dispenser, unplug the appliance from the wall socket and take the lid off.
Remove the screws on the front and any on the top side that may hold it in place.
Disconnect the hoses (mark where they come from) and disconnect the hose on the underside.
after disconetying the hoses what do I do ,clean them out or?
Yes. Clean the dispenser and clear the hoses.
