Hiya,
Is there a build up of ice inside the freezer?

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

NO

Hiya,
OK, that's really strange as the light is telling you it's too warm in the freezer and, when the door is left open it leads to icing up inside.

How long was the door left open? (roughly)

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

3/4 hrs

Hiya,
OK, it's pretty likely the evaporator has blocked with ice.

However, try turning the dial to the off position and then back on.
See if it resets the alarm.

Thanks

Done. Seems to be ok. No bleeping. Thanks. Lets hope its ok.

Hiya,
If it alarms again, you'll need to fully defrost the appliance to sort it out.

Good luck with it, just post here if you do have more trouble.

Hope this helps
Thanks
