Hi, welcome to Just answer

KevinWhiteJA :

Can you please tell me how old is it and also please elaborate the problem that your are facing with this washer

Customer:

It is about 3yrs old but not sure, when you select your programe and press start it displays time saver nothing happens, dont even fill with water

KevinWhiteJA :

OK

KevinWhiteJA :

please unplug it and plug it back after 3 minutes

KevinWhiteJA :

then simultaneously press and hold the START button for around 15 seconds

KevinWhiteJA :

let me know how it goes

Customer:

I have done that and its just the same on the display it still has time saver at the top

KevinWhiteJA :

time saver ?

Customer:

I set the programe required it should say wash but TIME SAVER comes up

KevinWhiteJA :

out of the 5 function buttons it seems the Time saver is depressed

KevinWhiteJA :

can you please check

KevinWhiteJA :

the 4th one

KevinWhiteJA :

Did that help ?

Customer:

Time Saver button is ok,after 10mins a sign F01appered on screen

KevinWhiteJA :

F01 is a motor triac error

KevinWhiteJA :

this can be due to a faulty motor or the main control board itself that is bad

Customer:

what would you go for first

Customer:

either way it will be costly

KevinWhiteJA :

well you can check it..if you are willing to do this yourself then you will have to unplug the appliance and then take off the rear panel the board is located on the bottom left of the appliance

KevinWhiteJA :

then check the wiring

KevinWhiteJA :

and the board for any damage

KevinWhiteJA :

probably the triac on the main board

Customer:

ok will do in the morning as its getting a bit late, will get back to you tomm thanks

Hello

Customer:

Hello im back at this machine motor appears to be ok dont have anything to test board.

Customer:

When I switched machine on it just came up Time Saver again it will not pump, spin ,or wash it seems dead

KevinWhiteJA :

if the motor is fine then it is the control board that will need replacement

Customer:

It will be expensive

KevinWhiteJA :

looking at the age of the unit it should not be the control but you can remove the fascia and then check the connections to the control

KevinWhiteJA :

will cost around £150

Customer:

I did remove board it looks clean and connections are ok but there could be a diod blown and you cant see

Customer:

thank you it will take a week to get board

KevinWhiteJA :
