WHEN MY WASHING MACHINE DRAINS WATER SPILLS OUT OF THE TOP OF THE WASTE PIPE.
WHAT CAN I DO TO PREVENT THIS HAPPENING?

Hiya,
This isn't a fault with the machine.
You have a blockage or restriction in your drains that needs cleaning out.

If there's a U trap on the stand pipe, take it off and clean it out (unless it's glued pipework).

Once the drain is clean and clear, the problem should be resolved.

Also ensure the drain hose isn't pushed too far into the stand pipe.
The stand pipe should be near the underside of the worktop (higher than the overflow for the sink) and the hose should only go in 3 or 4 inches.
