Hiya,
Is the machine icing up at the top, inside the freezer?
Do you hear the fan inside the freezer running?

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes, icing on grille at the top and constant sound, probably fan

Hiya,
OK, you shouldn't have icing up on the grille, or inside it.

The easiest way to sort this out is to carry out a full defrost.

Unplug the machine and leave it, with the doors open, for at least 24 hours, in a warm room.

This should be long enough to clear out any ice blockage.

Plug it back in and let me know if it doesn't cool down.

Hope this helps
Thanks

Hiya,
OK, you're a good bit short of 24 hours minimum for the defrost.

Take the panel over the evaporator off and check to see if it's fully defrosted and if it is, to see if it's now frosting over.

Thanks

OK. Will do
