Hi, welcome to Just answer
Please tell me its complete model number
and how old is it ?
approx. 5 years
is it completely dead ?
YES nothing coming up at all
OK, can you check the heater assembly at the back ?
I could but not immediately ?
OK...You can take off the cover at the back and then take off the top and right side panel looking from the front..then you will see the wiring harness coming through the back of the heater, unplug the block and then check if it comes on..probably I believe it is the heater unit that will need replacement.
