Can you explain some more on this please?

Has the power been restored?
What happens when you try and use the machine now?
Has it stopped full of water?

The time shows 45 left it willnot move have tried turning off and restart keeps going back to 45 on timer unpluged for 2 hrs tried again same result

What caused the power cut? was it the machine?

Machine did not cause power cut line fault it had just emptied when power went off was due to go to rinse and spin have just tried spin only drum did not move heard suction of water draining now stuck on 1

OK, so the drain pump runs but no motor action.

Cancel and select any wash program.
Does it fill with water?
Does the drum turn?

Any flashing lights or error codes?
Can you post the E-Nr number from the label in the door recess?

Turned to program shortest wash water in drum not move number on door can only make out some of it e nr wae 243664 gb that all I can clearly see

OK, thanks for that.

If you put it to spin only it should pump out.

You have a fault in the motor circuit.
I'm surprised you aren't getting an error code as your machine does report them.

The first thing to check would be the carbon brushes on the motor.

If you tilt the machine rearward till it's almost on it's back (support it) you should be able to see the motor and either side of it the back end are the carbon brushes. (in holders).

Take them off and see if they have worn out.
