I know there's 3 wires but I need more information than the number of wires.

Which wire is still connected?
Where do the wires that are disconnected go to?

Bless you, I am not on that job at the moment, so I cant give you that info, only that there was two white wires with a red fleck & one white wire with a blue or back fleck, one of the w/red wires was still connected

The white wires with red on them go to one side of the element.
The white wire with blue or black to the other side.
