Hiya,
Can you post the model number of the appliance please?
It will be on a label in the door recess or on the facia.

If you select spin only, does it pump the water out?

Thanks

Hiya,
OK, thanks for that.

We need to check and see if there's a stored error code in the machine.

• Ensure that the main selector switch is in the ‘Off ’ or ‘O’ position.
• Press and hold the ‘Super Rinse’ and ‘Rinse Hold’ buttons whilst selecting ‘H’ on the programme selector knob, and continue to hold both buttons for 5 seconds.
• The ‘Super Rinse’, ‘Rinse Hold’ and ‘Wash’ LEDs will now be flashing.
• Press the ‘Start/Cancel’ button for 2 seconds.
• The ‘Rinse Hold’ LED will be illuminated and the ‘Super Rinse’ LED will be flashing. The ‘Final spin’ LED could be on or off at this stage.
• Press the ‘Rinse Hold’ button briefly.
• The ‘Rinse Hold’ LED will be flashing and the ‘Super Rinse’ LED will be illuminated to indicate the last error routine.
• Rotate the main programme selector switch anti-clockwise to programme ‘A’.

Slowly rotate the programme selector switch clockwise through 4 positions A to D, pausing briefly at each programme position. At each position, make a note of the ‘Final spin’ LED status. It will either be on or off. When the selector reaches position D, you will have a series of "ONs" and "OFFs".

Let me know whether the light was on or off at A, B, C and D.

Thanks
