and the cooker door will not open.

cooker just over 1 year old, yes (C) is in display No beeping sound.

ok, please follow these instructions and let me know how it goes:

1. Turn knob (1) to the chosen function:
2. Turn knob (5) to select the temperature.
3. Press “ok” to confirm; the oven will switch on. The indicator next to switches off when the selected temperature is reached

OK, can you press and hold the "-" and "+" buttons on the right to check if this reset the control
