Customer Question

I cannot get ice out of the dispenser. The ice is not clumped and the child lock is NOT on, but it remains in water dispensing mode.

KevinWhiteJA :

Hi, welcome to Just answer

KevinWhiteJA :

How old is it ?

KevinWhiteJA :

If it makes ice and won't dispense it then the problem is with one of the dispenser switches might be defective. When you press the dispenser pad try to listen closely if you hear the dispenser motor running in the door. If it is not running that it might need replacement, if it works then the problem is with the dispenser switch...let me know how it goes

KevinWhiteJA : Is there a problem somewhere?? Are you just here for posting bad reviews or you want to get it solved
JACUSTOMER-eqa5rbu1- :

because I was disappointed. I contacted Panasonic directly who are sending an engineer on Friday

KevinWhiteJA :

You could have responded and asked for advise instead of just rating it as Poor Service

KevinWhiteJA :

I am here to help you and that is what you have paid for

KevinWhiteJA :

so if you still want to solve it yourself let me know...Thanks

JACUSTOMER-eqa5rbu1- :

Goodbyee

KevinWhiteJA :

The problem is either the dispenser switch or the dispenser motor
