I have a Candy Evo, it keeps saying error 3, we have fitted a new pump and checked all pipework and all is clear, can you help at all it is 18 months old

and have you checked the hoses as well in there to see if there's a blockage in there.

Yes checked all hoses and all clear, model number is EVO8123D-80

OK, Error 3 flashes when the water is not drained in time allowed...as you have already replaced the drain pump...then check the wiring to drain pump...if that is fine then check level sensor or switch and the wiring to level sensor
