Hiya,
OK, it's very likely you have a blockage in the filter/pump.

When you try to open the filter, at the bottom front, does it unscrew a bit then jam or is it just to tight for you to open?

Thanks

Opens bit then jams

Hiya,
OK, that means you have debris in there jamming the filter.

You could try rapidly tightening and slackening the filter to get it to unscrew, this can work on a lot of occasions, you basically move the debris as you tighten and slacken the filter.

If you can't get it out, then the pump will need to come out to remove the debris.

As the machine won't spin, it suggests there's still water in there.
You'll need to drain this out, either by the filter or by the draining tube (if fitted).

If you can't do the work then you'll need an engineer in to do it for you.
The cost would depend on the charges local engineers charge and the area you live in.

I'd expect between £50 and £75 for the labour / call out charge.
Any parts required would be on top this.

See if you can get the filter out.

Hope this helps
