I have the Siemens IQ700 dryer and after half an hour stops

Customer Question

I have the Siemens IQ700 dryer and after half an hour stops due to condenser reading "FULL". The truth is that is not full of water, the condenser filter is clean. I am moving out the container, empty the little water and put it back. Again the same issue, after few minutes stops with "empty water symbol".
Please any advice?

Hiya,
Can you post the E-Nr number of the appliance please?
It should be on a label in the door recess.

How old is your appliance?

Thanks

Hiya,
OK, thanks for that.

This one is a bit difficult to work on and cure the problem.

Basically, the pump isn't getting all the water from the bottom reservoir up to the bottle, so the machine thinks it's full when the bottom reservoir trips the switch.

Unplug the appliance.
Take the top and side panels off.

Once off, follow the hoses down and you'll come to the pump and the reservoir.

copy and paste the following into a new browser window.
It's the Bosch dryer but is much the same as your one.
