Ok were abouts does the drain hose go to?
Does it go into a stand pipe or under a sink?
Ok the first thing to check is the drain hose isn't pushed all the way down the pipe. As if it is what happens is as the washer fills with water as the hose is pushed all the way down it syphons itself out so gives you this fault were the washer thinks its not filling correctly.
So just pull the hose up sot the end is about 1/4 the way down the pipe. Then retry the washer and see how it goes from there and let me know.
Hi the outlet pipe was well down ive pulled it up but still have the problem
Ok so with the pipe up its still not filling correctly?
If you reset it and start a new cycle with nothing in watch the water level as its filling.
When it stops watch the water and do you see it dropping the water level inside the drum?
Also when its filling is the water gushing in or does it just trickle into the soap drawer?
the water doesnt drop and isnt trickling in the drawer
Ok strange as the fault sounds like an installation fault but if the drain hose is at the correct level and the water tap is fully turned on and has a good pressure then it isn't installation.
In this case if its filling with water and then bringing the tap light on then its something to do with the pressure chamber on the washer itself.
If you want to check this yourself you need to remove the top and look on the right you will see a pressure switch. Its round and has a thin rubber tube going to the bottom of it.
Make sure this hose is attached as with moving it could have come off.
But if that's all ok then its a fault on the washer which could be either the pressure switch itself or the control board.
As its new you need to either return the washer to your retailer for exchange or get Beko out to fix it for you.
