Hiya,
Your machine is reporting the flow meter isn't working.

Unplug the appliance.
Take the left side panel off.
On the left side you'll see the plastic air break (metering tank).
At the bottom of the tank (or near the bottom) is the flow meter.
It has a 2 wire plug to it, unplug it and plug it back on several times.

Plug the machine in and try again.

If still the same, check the wiring and if that's ok, you'll need to begin replacing parts.

The flow meter (called a turbine by Hotpoint), wiring and main control can all cause the fault.
The turbine would be the first part to replace.

Check it out, see what you find and get back to me if you need more help.

Hope this helps
Thanks

Hiya,
You'll see it when you take the panel off and look at the bottom of the metering tank.
It's fitted into the metering tank.

Thanks
