Red light on "check drain". Water not pumping away,clothes in machine door will not unlock.

Hiya,
As the water isn't draining, you'll need to manually empty the machine.

At the bottom front by the filter should be a draining tube.
Don't pull hard on it or it will come off and the machine will drain all it's water into the base.

Drain the water out into a container and stop the water when you need to empty the container.

Once the machine is empty, take the filter out.
Clean out any debris that may be jamming the pump.

Try it again.
Let me know what you find.

Thank you have drained but find we are unable to remove filter. Does it twist or lift ?

Already answered that question.

You unscrew it anti clockwise and pull it out.

If it won't come out, there's something in there jamming it which means the pump has to be taken out to get the debris out.

Sorry I repeated myself yesterday. Having trouble removing the filter,still. Not able to remove anticlockwise?

As per my previous post, if you can't get the filter out, you would need to access the inside of the machine and take the pump out to be able to remove the debris in the filter housing.
