What happened when you pressed and held the buttons?
Did it end the program?
Did the drain pump run when you closed the door?

Now thing happened when I close the door everything is light up apart from the tap

OK, thanks for that.

This is extremely strange as it doesn't normally cause any problem simply switching off and then back on.

If you have 4 buttons together it's the 1st and 3rd (from the left) to reset.
If you have 5 buttons it's 2 and 4.
