Beaumatic gas range model BT2531SS
Oven goes out after 20 minutes use and will not relight until cold even though grill and tops will work when oven does not.
Thermocoupling was renewed recently to cure oven not staying on when lit.

Assume about 3-5 years as was in house when we moved in.Has not been professionally cleaned as it is kept immaculate by wife.

Lol Im sure your wife does a fantastic job!!!
But...i was talking about the internals, on those gas models they really need a professional cleaning of the workings usually I recommend about twice a year to prevent this from happening.
Te problem you are having is simply due to the verturies and flame vents needing professional care.
This is not very expensive but will ensure safety as well as proper operation ;-)
Any local appliance technician can easily do this for you and it doesnt take very long either.
They will also make adjustments as they will go out of whack a bit over time.
