Hi Sorry to hear about that.
How old is your dishwasher?
Also why did you replace the valve? Was it for the same problem?
Thank you

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

it stopped filling that's why I replaced the inlet vave but it didn't make any difference

Expert:  Michael replied 2 years ago.

Thanks Ian, do you have water turned on at that valve?
Also make sure the water is actually making it to the valve by loosening the connection at the solenoid(water valve) to be sure there is pressure there. then get back to me, also please let me know what the display does?
Thank you

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

on closer examination there is a bit of water getting in however it doesn't cover the heater unit which isn't coming on and therefore the programme isn't progressing there is no error message

don't suppose you live near bangor??

Expert:  Michael replied 2 years ago.

Hi Ian , I wish I did live there lol.
That could be the problem.
You need to make sure when the valve s disconnected that you have a good flow.
Do any of the motors run in the dishwasher?

Thank you
