Hiya,
Is it displaying F01 or just 01?

If it's just 01, press and release the delay timer button till you get it to 00.

Let me know what you find.
Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

nothing happening

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.
Sorry, can you explain with some detail please?
I can't see what you are doing or what the machine is showing, I need a description.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

i am pressing and releasing the delay timer button as you suggested but nothing is happening it's stuck on 01

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.
OK, so it's not showing F01 then?

Is the start button lit or flashing or off?

If it's on or flashing, press and hold the start button, does the light go off?

Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It is 01 nd it is solidly lit not flashing

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.
and the final question I asked resulted in what?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

still the same 01 stays on

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.
OK, you aren't fully reading the questions I ask.

Did you press and hold the start button?
Did the start light go off? (if you held the button).
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I am!

I pressed and held the start button and the 01 light stayed on

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.
OK, if you are, where did you say that the light stayed on previously?

Have you tried unplugging the machine for 20 minutes?
Not just switching off, unplugging it.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No I'll try that now Thank you

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.
OK, if that doesn't work and it comes up again with the start light on and the 01 in the display, it suggests a fault with the main board.

Check the door is actually locking shut and clicking open.

Let me know what you find.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It worked!

Expert:  Techdesk replied 3 years ago.
Hiya,
Thanks for letting me know.
For some reason, the electronics on your machine became a little confused.

Unplugging, waiting and plugging back in is much the same as rebooting a computer.
The software reloads and the board initialises.

Glad you got it working again.

Hope this helped
Thanks
