Hiya,
Can you post the model number of the appliance please?
It should be on a label inside the freezer.

At the bottom rear is the compressor, do you hear this running?
Is the inside blocked with ice?

Thanks

Hiya,
Sorry, that's not the model.
The model is on a label inside the freezer.
I need the model number to be able to see the diagrams of your machine.

I also asked other questions, can you advise?

Thanks

Hiya,
OK, thanks for that.

I've just checked at Zanussi technical and the model number you've posted isn't recognised, same with a google search, it doesn't find anything.
Can you check it again please?

Thanks

Hiya,
No problem, I'll keep going till we get something.

The number still isn't recognised.
Nearest I found was ZTF7610 and that's a vacuum cleaner.

I have to go out for a while now, if you could get the model number for me, I'll pick up again as soon as I get back.

Thanks

Hiya,
Thanks for that.
Think we've got it this time.

You'll need to find somewhere else to keep your frozen food (if it's not defrosted already).

As the door was open so long moist air has been drawn in and it's turned to ice, behind the panels in the rear of the freezer compartment.
This has blocked the evaporator so cold air cannot be circulated properly.

Empty the machine.
Unplug it and leave it with the door open for at least 24 hours to fully defrost (in a warm room).

After this, close the door and plug in.
The machine should now cool down properly and work as it should.

If you can't wait that long, unplug the appliance.
Take the rear panels inside the freezer out.
Once you get to the evaporator, fully defrost it, defrost the drain channel and the drain hole.
Once fully defrosted, refit the panels and plug in again.

Try it out, see how it goes and get back to me if you need more help.

Hope this helps
Thanks
