We are trying to use the ESAm 2800 and it isn't taking the water to heat up and make the coffee. Any ideas

Hi sorry to hear about that.
When you turn it on do you hear any sounds like water heating at all?
Also how old exactly is your coffee maker?
Also try to Run the hot water tap till it comes good and hot first.
Please let me know if that makes any difference?

Hi thanks for your reply only bought on Friday last week tried the hot water test still nothing coffe machine keeps switching its self off there is a noise when u turn it on it sounds very loud but sound not like heating water

Hi Michelle,
This one is defective unfortunately.
But you are still lucky, as you can return it for an exchange.
I checked on these and they don't fail often its possible this one may have been dropped during shipping. They are typically very good coffee makers.
Simply exchange that one and let me know how the new one performs, I'm sure it will be a good one ;-)

Hi just a update on the coffee machine took back to store today and replaced with new one this one works perfectly lovely hot coffee
