Customer Question

I have a creda C361E electric cooker.
Electricity is being supplied from my RCD box to the isolator switch in the kitchen. The RCD switch has not tripped and the isolator switch in the kitchen light is on - suggesting electricity is being transmitted to the kitchen.
Problem is the cooker is not functioning at all.
Please advise what actions Need to be taken and if required some introductions to local ,to me, electricians would be useful if this is a specialist job.

Hiya,
We can't make recommendations on tradesmen I'm afraid.

How are your diy skills?
Do you have, and can you use, a multimeter?

Thanks

You can get advice but I need more information.

However, as you don't wish to communicate, I'll leave you to it.
